Arizona resident since 1955; and full time Scottsdale area resident since 1966. Saguaro High School graduate, Arizona State University Bachelor of Architecture, Harvard Graduate School of Design Master of Architecture, Served on over 30 boards and commissions including Founding Chairman of Scottsdale Historic Preservation Commission, Scottsdale Library Board Chairman, Scottsdale Development Review Board, Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce Board, Scottsdale Leadership Class II and Class V Chairman, Arizona Town Hall Board, Presidents of American Institute of Architects - Arizona and Central Arizona Chapter, Arizona Architecture Foundation Board of Directors and Architectural Archives Committee Chairman. Author of four Arizona Architecture books, Arizona Contractor & Community Magazine 'Architect's Perspective' Columnist, and more.
